SOUTHAMPTON CO., Va. (WVEC) -- Police and first responders had their hands full early Tuesday morning as they responded to a number of weather-related crashes.
We're told bridges on Route 58 around Franklin and Courtland have frozen over and a number of people were injured in multiple crashes.
Traffic shut down during the course of the morning on certain stretches of Route 58.
Motorists are encouraged to take caution in their morning commutes.
