HAMPTON, Va. — Police in Hampton are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the suspects in a shooting on Friday.
Officers responded to a call around 2:03 p.m. reporting a shooting in the area of Jordan Drive and Roxbury Terrace. A second call reported a walk-in gunshot victim at the Sentara CarePlex.
According to a preliminary investigation, unknown suspects shot at a man and he returned fire.
The man was shot. He was transported to Sentara CarePlex in his car with life-threatening injuries.
No suspect has been named.
