HAMPTON, Va. — All eastbound lanes of Interstate 64 in Hampton reopened Thursday following a tractor-trailer crash that caused delays, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) said.
The crash was near the Hampton Roads Center Parkway. The east right center lane, right lane, right shoulder and entrance ramp were closed.
Virginia State Police said there were minor injuries in the crash and it was unknown how long it would take for a tow truck company to remove the trailer from the embankment due to rainfall and load of the trailer.
