NORFOLK, Va. — A car is stuck on the light rail tracks in the 200 block of 2nd Street, the Norfolk Police Department said.
Emergency dispatchers confirm the car is stuck but say it did not get hit by the tide.
Police and light rail representatives are currently on the scene assessing the situation.
