PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man has died after a single-vehicle crash on the interstate in Portsmouth.
Virginia State Police say that they were called to investigate a vehicle crash early Tuesday morning around 12:30 a.m.
Investigations revealed that 21-year-old Kishaun Clark of Chesapeake was attempting to exit I-264 at Greenwood Drive in Portsmouth when he ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Speed was a contributing factor in the crash. It's unknown at this time if alcohol was a contributing factor.
