SUFFOLK, Va. — A person has died after a single-vehicle crash in Suffolk, police say.
Suffolk police said they were on the scene of a fatal vehicle crash in the 7100 block of South Quay Road near the intersection of O'Kelly Drive around 4 a.m. The driver and only occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead.
The driver was identified as 22-year-old Montrell Bailey of Suffolk.
Police said there were traffic delays on the road while they investigated the scene. Police updated that the roadway is now open and traffic is flowing normally.
They did not release any other details about the crash.
