Virginia Beach hosting the 'Holiday Parade at the Beach'

The free event starts on Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. There will be giant balloons, marching bands, lighted floats, equestrian units, fire trucks, and much more.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The city of Virginia Beach is hosting the Holiday Parade at the Beach this Saturday. 

The free event starts at 5:30 p.m. and goes on until 7:30 p.m. The parade features over 100 participants making their way down Atlantic Avenue. The route will come down Atlantic Avenue from 15th to 25th Streets.

There will be giant balloons, marching bands, lighted floats, equestrian units, fire trucks, performing dance groups, motorcycles, and more. Of course, Santa himself will appear to greet the crowd.
