FRANKLIN, Va. — The City of Franklin is experiencing a widespread power outage in parts of the city Monday morning, officials said.
The outage is affecting the downtown area and along South Street, impacting some traffic signals, according to a Facebook post from the city.
Officials said crews are working to identify the problem and have power restored as quickly as possible.
