UPDATE 12/8: Jordan Jamale Austin was sentenced Monday to 73 years in prison with 30 years suspended leaving 43 years to serve.
Austin has prior convictions for Possession of Marijuana and two (2) counts of Indecent Exposure.

UPDATE 5/8: Jordan Jamale Austin was found guilty of first degree murder, robbery, aggravated malicious wounding, 2 counts of conspiracy and 3 counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Sentencing is scheduled for September 10, 2014.

VIRGINIA BEACH Two men are now in custody for killing another man at the Bridle Creek apartment complex about two and a half months ago.
27-year old Antone Brehon was shot and killed on September 2 in the 1500 block of Halter Drive after a robbery and altercation.
21-year old Jordan Austin was arrested Wednesday with the help of Chesapeake's SWAT team. Austin had nine outstanding warrants including robbery and murder. He is now charged with Brehon's murder.
18-year old George Gay was charged with Brehon's murder on November 9. Three days prior, he was arrested for robbery and taken into custody at the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility.
