SUFFOLK, Va. — It had all the feel of regional or state playoff game as King's Fork hosted Maury. By the end, the Bulldogs used a third quarter push to pull away from the Commodores by a final of 68-37 on Saturday night.
King's Fork (19-0) was led by George Beale and Samuel Brannen with 26 and 24 points respectively in the win. The Bulldogs handed Maury its second straight loss. Meanwhile, the Commodores were led by Brian Alexander's 19 points. He was the lone player in double figures.
