VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — As usual Virginia Beach schools got a head start on the Labor Day weekend with some Thursday night football.

We've got highlights of Ocean Lakes beating Cox 31-27, Salem shutting out Landstown 28-0, Tallwood holding off Green Run 27-24 and Princess Anne scoring big on Kempsville 51-27.
