Boxing legend 'Sweet Pea' Whitaker killed in Virginia Beach
The community is mourning the loss of boxing legend Pernell "Sweet Pea" Whitaker. Virginia Beach Police said a car hit Whitaker along the intersection of Northampton Boulevard and Baker Road on July 14.
