PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A missing Portsmouth teenager is back with her family, police said.
Police had been searching for 15-year-old Niema Cassell, saying she was a possible abduction victim. Before she was found, she had last been seen Tuesday morning on Godwin Street.
On Wednesday afternoon, police confirmed Niema was safe and reunited with her family. There's no word at this time on what happened to the teen or if she had in fact been abducted.
