CHESAPEAKE, Va. — UPDATE: Chesapeake Police said William Brown "has returned home safe and sound." No other information was immediately available.

The Chesapeake Police Department is searching for a missing man who has a cognitive impairment that requires medication.
William Brown, 63, was last seen on the 600 block of Kingsborough Square in Chesapeake around 4 p.m., according to police.
He is roughly 6'4" with black hair, and he was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
Late Tuesday night, the Virginia State Police (VSP) issued a senior alert for Brown.
