VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Come try and decide on your favorite She-crab soup at a fun Virginia Beach event this April.
The annual East Coast She-crab Soup Classic featuring some of the region's best restaurants is taking place on April 20 from 12 to 2:30 p.m. at 24th Street Park. Attendees can sample and cast their votes for the People's Choice Awards, while culinary experts will decide on the Critic's Choice Awards.
Restaurants participating in this year's competition include Atlantic Pints, Blue Pete's Scotty Quixx East, Tides Coastal Kitchen and much more, though the list is subject to change.
Proceeds from alcohol sales at the event will benefit the Virginia Legends Walk Foundation.
